Risking everything for Christ

Unfortunately, risking everything is the new normal for the ordinary Christians called to serve the underground church in North Korea.

Why do ordinary Christians take such risks? Brother Matthew*, a secret Open Doors worker, says, “I felt God calling me to serve the people in North Korea. They had nothing, they starved. That’s already a tragedy, but if they died without knowing Jesus, that would be the worst tragedy.

In this month’s magazine, you’ll read about Matthew* and Peter* who are part of Open Doors’ secret network in China, which brings spiritual hope and practical help to keep the underground church alive in North Korea.

Don't miss out on North Korea Illustrated, the new book from Open Doors all about life for Christians in North Korea.
