A new law restricts the practice of other religions, yet at the same time it also provides freedom to worship and protection against discrimination. Missionaries are allowed into the country as long as they do not evangelise. However, one state is seeing many come to faith in a local revival. Christians are closely watched but are not usually prosecuted by the government unless they have been involved in printing or distributing literature, for which they may be fined and imprisoned.
